I grew up near Detroit, MI, attended Michigan State University as an undergraduate and Penn State for graduate studies. I have a background in Plant Biology and Education but always made time for art specifically pyrography (wood-burning art), chip carving, and abstract design.

Loving what I do is important to me, and I especially enjoy meeting and getting to know customers and fellow artists at shows and events!

Outside of the studio, you will often find me gravel biking, spending time with my hubby, rock climbing, motorcycling on a sunny central PA day, or on our front porch with a hoppy IPA in hand!
